The non-solvent-based penetrating polymer emulsion wax "Bestcire" provides a finishing patina maintained by frequent passages, while promoting easy maintenance, comparable to terracotta and tiling

A 5 ​​mm thick tinted mineral sole is poured, smoothed, sanded, waxed and polished on an existing floor, in order to give it hardness, resistance and elegance

The "Quartzcoulis" mineral grout is mixed as defined below, in order to obtain a smooth grout, which is then prepared or projected onto all existing horizontal and vertical supports, previously prepared and degreased, it is then poured, smoothed, sanded , waxed and polished to a thickness of 5 mm

In addition to its nuanced, patinated, moiré and saponified colored appearance, the extreme hardness of this mass-tinted mineral sole allows very high resistance to wear, friction, punctures, as well as abrasion

Classified "large passage" in accordance with the DTU standard, this "ready-to-use" formulation (composed of calibrated quartz, specific hydraulic binders, anti-crack polypropylene fibers, water reducer, plasticizer, plasticizer, pigment oxides and dyes. different adjuvants ....), packaged in 25 kg bag, available in 12 colors that can be mixed with each other, in order to obtain personalized creative shades

The existing support must be clean and sound, otherwise prepare your support as it should, in the context of a support liquid "anhydrite" screed, tiles, terrazzo, marble, lightweight concrete, leveling, wood. .., it is necessary to sand and sweep before applying the epoxy-based "Bestresin" primer on the floor.

In the context of a concrete slab, degrease and clean with a solution of water and acid diluted to 10% followed by an excess rinsing

Protection

Preparation

Preparation and protection of the site with peripheral fractionation joints (plinths and door sills) of 4 mm

Pouring of a plasticized, fluidized 350 mortar screed 65 mm thick

Sprinkle the ready-to-use "Quartzcoulis" colored mineral grout vertically and as it progresses on the fresh slab

Wait a few hours (depending on climate) for the concrete + grout to set and lift

If necessary, debunk the micro air pockets contained in the grout using a tip

Surface by carefully shoeing (very deep smoothing) the mineral (leather-like) using a manual steel or helicopter trowel (depending on the surface), in order to obtain a glazed finish

Deglaze and polish (a few days later) the residual glaze (carbonation) on the surface using a sander (fine grain of 120 or 140), in order to reveal the effect of material and depth of the mineral

Sweep, then spread 2 coats of "Bestcire" polymer emulsion wax, letting it penetrate for a few hours between each pass

Polish with a polisher or a dry cloth to reveal the patina
