Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are synthetic polluting substances.
1972, Switzerland banned the use of PCBs because of their harmfulness to humans and the environment. Following a total ban in 1986, reduction measures allowed a significant decrease in PCBs in our environment.

The presence of PCBs is assessed on the basis of the construction and maintenance history of the building concerned. Following a visual identification, followed by sampling, Jubilee provides a detailed report indicating which elements contain PCBs.
Lead diagnostic:Our experts screen using a portable X-ray fluorescence device without degradation. Samples are taken from all surface coatings likely to contain lead. The analysis of these samples by an approved and independent laboratory determines the presence or absence of lead in the materials and their state of degradation.
